tkbk Terms and Conditions

tkbk is an online gaming and betting platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between tkbk ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member").

These terms apply to the tkbk website, mobile version, and all related services. Together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, these terms form a unified legal framework.

1.1 Definitions

• Platform: The tkbk website and all digital services.
• Member / User: Any person who holds a registered account on tkbk.
• Account: A personal gaming account registered on tkbk.
• Funds: Money deposited in a member's account (BDT/৳).
• Game: Any casino game, slot, sports bet, or other entertainment activity available on the tkbk platform.

1.2 Applicable Law

All tkbk operations are conducted in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. Users are solely responsible for complying with the local laws of their own country or region. It is your own responsibility to ensure that online gaming is legal in your area.

To use tkbk services, you must create a valid account. You will need to provide accurate and complete information to complete the registration process.

If any of your personal details change (name, address, mobile number, email), you must notify tkbk support immediately. The user will be solely responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

To become a member of the tkbk platform and participate in any game or betting service, the member must be at least 21 years of age or older.

tkbk may at any time ask a member to submit a valid identity document to prove their age. Withdrawal privileges may be temporarily suspended until age verification is complete.

3.3 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

To prevent fraud and money laundering, tkbk may require KYC verification to be completed for withdrawals above a certain amount. tkbk reserves the right to suspend a member's account if the member does not cooperate.

The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals on tkbk. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tkbk currently supports the following methods:

• bKash: The fastest mobile banking service.
• Nagad: The postal department's mobile banking service.
• Rocket: Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Bank Transfer: Direct transfer from any local bank.

4.2 Deposit Limits

There is no maximum deposit limit, however additional verification may be required for large deposits. Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used to deposit funds into the account.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

• The account must be fully verified (KYC) before a withdrawal can be made.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds that include a bonus.
• tkbk reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal in the event of a technical error or suspicious activity.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the withdrawal will be cancelled and the account will be suspended.

tkbk offers attractive bonuses and promotional offers to members from time to time. By accepting these bonuses, the conditions described below will automatically apply.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw from bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, withdrawal is possible after placing bets worth ৳25,000.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — once the period expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one bonus is already in progress.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, tkbk may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• tkbk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Only one member per household or IP address is eligible for bonus benefits.

tkbk runs a three-tier VIP program for regular players:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% cashback per week.

The VIP program is divided into three tiers, and members are promoted to a higher tier based on regular activity and loyalty. Wagering requirements may also apply to each cashback.

tkbk is committed to maintaining a fair play environment. All games on our platform are impartial and powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.1 Game Fairness

All games offered on tkbk are developed by reputable game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other established providers. The games from these companies are independently tested and fair play is ensured.

6.2 Technical Errors

If an abnormal result is displayed due to a technical error or system malfunction, that bet or round will be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded. tkbk is not obligated to pay out abnormal winnings caused by technical errors.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute over a game result, the member may raise a complaint with support within 48 hours. A final decision will be made based on tkbk's system logs, and this decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited under tkbk's terms and conditions. Violating these rules will result in the immediate closure of the account and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Bonus abuse or bonus hunting.
• Collaborative betting or coordinating among players to gain an unfair advantage from the platform.
• Any form of fraud, hacking, or system manipulation.
• Money laundering or attempting to legitimize funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geographical restrictions.
• Using automated bots or software against the tkbk platform.

tkbk reserves the right to unilaterally suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Instances of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC or age verification process.
• Bonus abuse or participation in prohibited activities.
• Account remaining inactive for an extended period of time.

8.2 Funds After Suspension

If an account is suspended, funds will be settled according to the circumstances after a review has been completed. If evidence of fraud is found, funds may be forfeited.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Any member who wishes to close their account on their own may contact support. Before the account is closed, they will be given the opportunity to withdraw available funds (subject to conditions being met).

tkbk strives to provide a service that is as safe and reliable as possible. However, in certain specific situations, tkbk's liability is limited.

9.1 Service Interruptions

The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, maintenance work, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable reasons. tkbk will not be held liable for any loss suffered by a member in such circumstances.

9.2 Third-Party Services

Third-party game providers and payment processors are used on the tkbk platform. tkbk is not directly liable for any failure or error on the part of these third-party services.

9.3 Maximum Liability Cap

In any situation, tkbk's maximum liability for a specific incident is limited to the amount of the transaction involved. tkbk will not be liable for any indirect loss, loss of profit, or special damages.

tkbk places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. All of our data collection and processing is carried out securely.

10.1 Data Collection

tkbk collects members' personal information (name, address, contact details, transaction history) solely for the purposes of improving services, verifying identity, and preventing fraud.

10.2 Data Security

Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. Members' personal information is not sold or transferred to third parties.

11.1 Restrictions on Use

• Reproducing, distributing, or using any content or material from tkbk without permission is prohibited.
• Attempting to reverse engineer tkbk's software is prohibited.
• tkbk's trademarks or logos may not be used without authorization.

tkbk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these rules and terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will take effect from the date they are published.

12.1 Notice of Changes

For significant changes, tkbk will attempt to notify members via their registered email or through the platform. However, it is the member's responsibility to review these terms and conditions on a regular basis.

12.2 Use of Platform After Changes

If a member continues to use the platform after the terms and conditions have been changed, this will be considered as their acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
